Self-Initiated Work, Research, Critical Design
This project was developed during my exchange at RMIT, where I was tasked with researching an object I felt was underappreciated. I chose the Command key — a small but powerful part of our daily workflow that often goes unnoticed. Through this exploration, I realised how deeply embedded shortcut keys are in our design routines, and how much they shape our efficiency without us even realising it. This early investigation sparked the conceptual foundation for my BA (Hons) graduation project, leading me to question the relationship between efficiency, habit, and creativity in digital design practice.
